SHIPPING, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
+ All shoes are in stock unless stated, e.g. Pre Sale.
+ We all know when how quick little ones grow so please be mindful with the shipping times and allow for extra room when measuring.
+ All order are sent via Australia Post in a tracked satchel at a flat rate of $8.50 with a delivery time of 3-7 days (business days).
+ Express shipping at a flat rate of $11.00 with a delivery time of 1-3 days (business days)
+ Shipping to New Zealand flat rate of Untracked $13.00, Tracked $20.00.
+ Once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
+ Frankie Jae + Me takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items once posted. If an item does say its delivered, please do a good search around your property as they may of hidden it. If you still can't find it please contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
+ In compliance with Australian consumer laws, Frankie Jae and Me are NOT required to provide a refund for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
+ If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault we will happily replace or refund the item/s and will cover any shipping cost.
+ We strongly suggest you inspect any all of your items upon their arrival, should there be any issues please contact us within 10 days otherwise your request will be denied.
+ Should you require an exchange for sizing, you are responsible for all shipping cost. You will need to return the item/s along with a pre paid addresses satchel. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that the item/s may not be in stock, in this case item/s will still need to be returned and a store credit will be offered.
